Novell
is pleased to announce the availability of ZENworks 11. This includes new
releases of ZENworks Configuration Management, ZENworks Patch Management,
ZENworks Asset Management and ZENworks Endpoint Security Management.

Product Information

Key features of this release include:

• Integrated Endpoint Security Management – Leverage a single agent,
  single console, and single infrastructure to manage both the
  configuration and security posture of your Windows workstations
• Integrated Linux Management – Use the same console and
  infrastructure to manage your SUSE Linux Enterprise, Red Hat
  Enterprise Linux, and Open Enterprise Linux servers and workstations
• Power Policy Management and Reporting – Quickly set and report on
  the Windows power policy from within ZENworks Control Center; also,
  perform out-of-band power management tasks with Intel vPro support
• Improved Change Management – Take control of your configuration by
  delegating the building, testing and publishing of software and
  configuration policies; ensure that older version information is
  maintained and that new versions are only deployed when published

The Novell Endpoint Lifecycle Management Suite is also available with
this release.  This product offers all the capabilities you need to
manage your devices from acquisition to retirement: configuration
management, asset management, patch management and application
virtualization.  Existing customers may purchase an upgrade to this
Suite..

Licensing

(1) Now available as a stand-alone product.  Replaces ZENworks
10 Patch Management.
(2) Replaces ZENworks Endpoint Security 3.5 and 4.1.

Upgrade Details

Customers with active maintenance on any of the replacement products are
entitled to the upgrade of the products for which they have maintenance.
Additionally, ZENworks Linux Management customers with active
maintenance, managing Intel architecture platforms (i586 and x86_64) are
also entitled to ZENworks Configuration Management 11.

Customers without active
maintenance may purchase upgrades to ZENworks 11.
