Ok, so maybe we haven’t achieved the size or relevance of either of these examples, but our humble beginnings are similar! In 2003, after a growth spurt, we moved into an office just north of Montreal, Quebec. Almost exactly 10 years later, we realized that with advances in technology, there was almost no one coming to the office – everyone was either working on site with customers, or working from home. So we closed the office and Adaris was “virtualized”. All of our staff set up home offices, and we began to practice what we preach: collaboration and teamwork using today’s productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office 365.

Our consultants work with customers across Canada and the US. Most of our work is performed remotely; it is fairly rare for us to have to go on site, unless it is at the customer’s request.
