Yes thanks for all of this info and I have always thought the sales folks from Novell and the partners should be included in this or in other product-related training. When I first started out with Novell technology 15 years ago I, and all other sales people where I was studied basic networking and the CNA course to better understand our business and our customers. Melding technical and sales knowledge and experience only enhances our customers’ experience; keep the techno talk coming!

Thanks, Randal! I keep thinking it’d be great if the sales folks were here, too – maybe not for all the technical stuff, you guys could have your own “summit” in parallel, but it’d be fun to have all the TE’s and SE’s together for the initial presentations and roundtables. Lots of sales and customer-oriented discussions!
